Antonia Lazou, M.Med.Sci.

Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist

Antonia Lazou is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) specializing in Neoplastic Disease (Oncology) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Medical School. She is registered and certified as a Health Professional and Clinical Dietitian by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) of the United Kingdom.

She completed her clinical residency/internship at the “Athens Medical Center,” the “Elpis” General Hospital of Athens, and the “Attikon” University General Hospital.

For the past two years, she has been running her private Nutrition Center in Ampelokipoi, Attica, and she is the Head of the Nutrition Department at the “Peak Performance Institute.

He holds a PhD from the Department of Pharmacy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). His doctoral thesis is titled: “Investigation of the Effect of a Fixed Oral Dose of 3000 IU Vitamin D3 Dietary Supplement Spray on Obesity Markers and the Role of Genetic Polymorphisms.”

From 2003 to 2007, he served as the Head of the Dietetics Department at the “IASO GENERAL” clinic. His deep expertise and involvement in nutritional genetics and nutritional genomics led him to establish the first specialized department of its kind within a private clinic. Since June 2007, he has been leading the Nutrigenetics and Nutrition Research Department at the “ATHENS EUROCLINIC”.

In parallel, he runs his private practice as a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist (holding a professional license equivalent to Harokopio University).

He has served as a member of organizing committees for dozens of conferences and international scientific events in the field. Over the last 20 years, he has continuously stayed at the forefront of scientific progress by actively participating in all major global conferences on nutrition, clinical dietetics, and obesity.

Professor of Nutrition and Athletes Performance

Dr. Athanasios Douligeris is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Sports Nutrition from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Harokopio University of Athens and a PhD from the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHU), specializing in “Sports Nutrition and Athletic Performance Enhancement.” He is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist by the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN, USA).

He is the Director of Studies at the Academy of Sports Nutrition (UK) and the Founder of both the “Peak Performance” Sports Nutrition & Exercise Center and the sports supplement company “Biomax Performance Nutrition.”

He serves as an athletic performance specialist for professional sports clubs and has been working with professional athletes for over 10 consecutive years. His innovative training methods, combined with a holistic approach to sports nutrition and recovery, have led many of his athletes to numerous successes and medal wins in Panhellenic Championships.

He collaborates with the School of Sports Science at Mediterranean College and the International Hellenic University on innovative research projects in Nutrition & Exercise, and he is the main creator of the PPTs (Peak Performance Training) Athletic Performance Enhancement Program.
