Welcome to Peak Performance Institute. By accessing or using our website and purchasing physical products, educational courses, or event tickets (conferences, seminars, diplomas) through our store, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, registering for an event, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products, Seminars & Conferences

  • Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, course curricula, event details, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and modify or cancel products/events at any time.

  • Event Details: Venue, date, and schedule for conferences and seminars (e.g., War Museum of Athens) are subject to adjustments. Attendees will be notified of any major changes via email.

  • Images & Visuals: Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual physical product.

3. Special Pricing & Eligibility Verification (Students & Unemployed)

  • Discounted Rates: Special pricing categories (e.g., Student or Unemployed rates for Conferences and Seminars) require proof of eligibility.

  • Verification Process: After purchasing a discounted ticket or course, you must immediately send a valid Student ID or Unemployment Certificate/Card via email to peakperformancegr@gmail.com.

  • Non-Compliance: Failure to provide valid verification prior to the event or course start date may result in the cancellation of your registration without a refund or the requirement to pay the price difference for General Admission upon entry.

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders and event registrations are considered accepted once payment is authorized and confirmed.

  • Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and other options supported on our checkout page.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in EURO (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs for physical items are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping Policy (Physical Products Only)

  • Delivery Locations: We ship across Greece.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days within Greece via courier.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned items due to incorrect addresses will incur reshipping fees.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

A. Physical Products (Supplements & Merchandise)

  • Return Window: 14 calendar days from delivery.

  • Conditions: Items must be unopened, unused, sealed in their original packaging, and accompanied by the Order ID.

  • Exclusions: Opened supplement containers or perishable goods cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

B. Event Tickets & Educational Courses (Conferences, Seminars, Diplomas)

  • Fixed-Date Events: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws regarding distance selling of services linked to specific dates (e.g., conferences, live seminars), ticket purchases are generally non-refundable.

  • Transfers: You may request to transfer your ticket to another person up to 5 days prior to the event date by contacting us at peakperformancegr@gmail.com.

  • Event Cancellation: If an event is completely canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your pass to a rescheduled date.

7. Intellectual Property & Course Material

  • All content on this website, including course materials, presentations, lectures, PDFs, logos, text, and design, is the property of Peak Performance Institute or its licensors.

  • Educational Content Usage: Purchasing a course or conference pass grants you a personal, non-transferable right to view/participate. Strictly prohibited: Recording, filming, distributing, copying, or reselling any lecture, presentation, or educational material provided during our events or courses.

8. Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance or Diplomas are granted upon successful completion/attendance of the respective program, provided all administrative requirements and full payment have been satisfied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Performance Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, services, or attendance at our events. Physical training, athletic conditioning, and nutritional protocols discussed in seminars should be undertaken with professional guidance and at your own risk.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. Personal information collected during ticket verification (e.g., Student IDs) is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for eligibility confirmation.

11. Third-Party Links & Partners

Our site and programs may mention or link to third-party institutions, academic partners (e.g., Mediterranean College, University of Derby), or sponsor brands (e.g., Biomax Performance Nutrition). We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices or external website contents.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Greece. Any disputes or legal claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece.
