Conference 2026
Regards
It is with great pleasure and honor that we welcome you to the 1st Panhellenic Strength & Conditioning Conference, which will take place on October 31 and November 1, 2026, at the War Museum of Athens. The Conference is co-organized by the Peak Performance Institute and the School of Sports at Mediterranean College.
Our goal is to present the most up-to-date scientific and applied data in the field of Strength & Conditioning, focusing on optimizing critical parameters for high-level athletes and sports enthusiasts. These include athletic development (Off-Season & Pre-Season), performance maintenance and workload management (In-Season), technology-assisted monitoring (Data-Driven Coaching), injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation protocols (Return-to-Play), as well as future trends in the field.
The conference will host distinguished speakers, academics, and renowned practitioners from Greece and abroad, representing leading sports organizations, leagues, and national teams—such as the Premier League, the NBA, the EuroLeague, the National Football Team, and the National Volleyball Team—as well as prominent scientists from academic institutions.
Sincerely,
