Theodoros Koutrakos M.Med.Sci.

Theodoros Koutrakos is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, serving as the Head of the Nutrition Department at the Athens Medical Center Clinic in Marousi. He is also the Scientific Director of patient catering for both the General and Pediatric clinics, as well as the group’s regional clinics in Attica. From 2014 to 2022, he served as the Scientific Director of the Dietetics Department at the “Gaia” Maternity Clinic.

With a Master’s degree from the University of Glasgow Medical School, extensive clinical experience, and studies completed in both Greece and the United Kingdom, he manages a wide spectrum of clinical cases for both adults and children, alongside cases in Clinical Sports Nutrition.

He completed postgraduate training in infant and child nutrition at Boston University School of Medicine (2017) and the University of Munich (2019) respectively.

Furthermore, he has significant teaching and academic experience, having worked as a lecturer and clinical practice supervisor in dietetics at private colleges operating in collaboration with UK higher education institutions.

He is an active member of both the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists and the British Dietetic Association, and regularly contributes articles to both print and digital media.
